Refund policy

Approved copy already confirmed in BRIEF.md to build this around:

• “Give it 60 days. Not for you? Money back.” (guarantee line, section 1)
• “Give it 60 days. If it's not for you, email us within 60 days of your first order for a full refund. One claim per customer.” (FAQ answer, section 6.9)

Still needed: how refunds are processed (method/timeframe), condition of returned goods (if any), and whether this differs for the One-Off Box vs Subscription.
